Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction — and we're seeking a dependable and hardworking Duct Mechanic who will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of ductwork for HVAC systems. standards of safety and quality on the job site. What you'll do Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork for commercial HVAC systems. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Install ductwork, dampers, hangers, and other HVAC components. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements. Troubleshoot and repair ductwork as needed. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. What we are looking for 3+ years of commercial sheet metal and ductwork installation experience. Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of commercial HVAC duct systems and installation methods. Ability to safely operate sheet metal fabrication equipment and hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
