Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Assembler to join our team in Lawrenceburg, IN. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, shear operation, and press brake work, along with basic welding capabilities. This role is critical to producing high-quality industrial equipment and assemblies. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components to print specifications Operate shear, press brake, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Perform TIG, MIG, or stick welding as required Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Perform fit-up and final assembly of fabricated components Maintain quality standards and meet production timelines Assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts Maintain a clean and safe work environment Travel requirements on projects @ 2-week duration typical Required Qualifications 5-10 years of sheet metal fabrication and assembly experience Proficient with shear operation and press brake forming Working knowledge of TIG, MIG, and stick welding Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
