About Us We design, fabricate, and install custom kitchen exhaust hoods, ductwork, stainless steel backsplashes, countertops, and other sheet metal products for commercial restaurants and residential kitchens. Quality is our top priority, and we take pride in doing the job right. We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team and help with both shop fabrication and field installation. Prior experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn. What You'll Do Assist with the fabrication and installation of commercial and residential kitchen exhaust systems. Install exhaust hoods, ductwork, stainless steel products, and related sheet metal components. Work in the shop fabricating and preparing materials for installation. Work on job sites as needed, including restaurants, commercial buildings, and residential properties. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment. Measure, cut, assemble, and install sheet metal components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with a small team while also taking responsibility for assigned tasks. What We're Looking For Some experience with sheet metal, metal fabrication, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is preferred. Willingness to learn new skills and our specific products and installation methods. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand measurements and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to lift and move materials and perform physical shop and field work. Comfortable working on ladders and in various job-site conditions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
