Job Description

Fabricator - Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and has experience working with metal fabrication equipment. You will operate a variety of machines—including lasers, benders, and CNC equipment—to produce precision parts and components that support our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal components, including pipe and sheet metal.
Operate equipment such as:
Table and tube lasers Tube benders CNC routers Table saws and other fabrication tools Build and assemble custom shipping crates as needed. Interpret and work from blueprints, work instructions, and measurements. Perform general carpentry tasks related to production. Maintain a safe work environment and properly handle materials up to 50 lbs. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Proficiency in:
Saw operation Measuring and layout Assembly and fabrication processes Hands-on experience with CNC lasers, sheet metal fabrication, and press brakes. Skilled in using standard hand and power tools. Additional Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience operating fabrication machinery, including: Tube lasers Sheet lasers Tube benders Turret or punch presses Ability to understand safety protocols, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Long Lake, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
