Sheet Metal Fabricator Duties:

( 1st Shift 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs) We are looking for a skilled full-time Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will read blueprints, operate fabrication machinery, and assemble metal parts. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in creating a high-quality finished product. We are a growing manufacturing and fabrication team dedicated to delivering high-quality precision metal work. • Set up and operate Lasers, CNC Press Brake and CNC Punch machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance 1 to 3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing role.

Proven ability to read and accurately interpret technical blueprints. Strong math skills for calculating angles, dimensions, and material allowances. Experience operating standard workshop fabrication machinery safely. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. Must be punctual and dependable. Must have good attendance record. Must have the ability to work well with the staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
