We welcome qualified applicants nationwide who are willing to relocate to Las Vegas for on-site work. We need craftspeople who can take a project from shop drawings through layout, fabrication, assembly, and finished architectural quality. Applicants must have hands-on experience building architectural metal signs or decorative metalwork with exposed finishes. Please include photos of projects you personally fabricated. What you will do

• Read shop drawings; plan layouts, fabrication sequences, joints, and mounting details.
• Cut, form, drill, tap, fit, and assemble brass, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
• Perform TIG/MIG welding and appropriate soldering or brazing for specified materials and applications.
• Build custom sign components, dimensional letters, decorative trim, frames, and mounting assemblies.
• Produce tight miters, clean joints, consistent gaps, accurate alignment, and protected architectural finishes.
• Check dimensions, fit, finish, and installation readiness; work safely with the project team.

Required experience Proven architectural sign or decorative metal fabrication; hands-on brass, aluminum, and stainless steel experience; strong shop math and layout skills; and the ability to build complete assemblies from approved drawings. Helpful but not required Laser welding; setup or operation of press brakes, waterjet machines, power shears, laser cutters, or CNC equipment; programming where applicable; specialty finishes; and installation experience.
