The successful candidate will be responsible for performing aircraft structural inspections, repairs, modifications, and related maintenance activities in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, approved maintenance data, manufacturer specifications, and customer requirements. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and maintenance practices, applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and the operator's manual. Perform assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, approved technical data, and established procedures. Ensure structural repair and maintenance operations are performed in the proper sequence as specified by applicable maintenance and technical data. Coordinate and request required inspections in an orderly and timely manner, ensuring all structural activities meet approved maintenance data, technical requirements, and customer specifications. Verify that all test equipment and tools used to make airworthiness determinations are properly identified, calibrated, and labeled in accordance with the Repair Station Manual (RSM) prior to use. Request and obtain required stock and materials necessary to complete assigned work. Accurately complete all required maintenance documentation, paperwork, workbooks, and associated records. Ensure full compliance with all QAI policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant aircraft maintenance or aircraft structures experience, preferably within an FAA-certified repair station or similar regulated aviation maintenance environment. Five years of experience is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in confined spaces as needed. Ability to frequently use hands for precision work and reach overhead. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance when necessary. Ability to safely work around aircraft, vehicles, and shop equipment, with sufficient vision to perform detailed inspections.
