This is a real, engineered build — not a repair or patch job. I need a skilled fabricator to help me knock it out.
What we're building: Steel chassis — 8×4×¼" HSS main beams, 3×2 crossmembers at 16" OC Tandem 7,000 lb axles, full DOT compliance R-panel metal walls and roof (26 ga) 3-room interior layout (private office, general office/reception, bathroom) Through-wall HVAC, electrical panel, plumbing rough-in Interior finish — drywall, ceiling, flooring, fixturesWhat I already have ready: Complete 3D interactive model of the entire build (you can spin it and walk through it) Detailed cut list and bill of materials — every single piece is spec'd with sizes, quantities, and sources 9-phase construction plan with step-by-step breakdown All materials purchased and on-site I'm a hands-on builder myself — this is a two-man job, not a dump-and-runWhat I need from you: Strong MIG/stick welding on structural steel (HSS tube, angle, channel) Experience building mobile offices, construction trailers, container conversions, tiny homes on trailers, or modular buildings Ability to read drawings and follow a cut list General metal framing and skin/panel installation skills
