One install, no ladders every holiday season. We're a local Arizona company, licensed and insured, and we're growing fast. We're building a real crew and a real career path, not a seasonal gig. The Role We're hiring installers to join our field crew immediately. You'll work in teams installing our lighting systems on rooflines, eaves, and architectural features: running track, mounting fixtures, and wiring low-voltage systems on residential and light commercial jobs across the Phoenix Metro.

This is field work:

ladders, rooftops, Arizona heat, and hand tools, every day. It's also a real trade you can build on. We train every installer from the ground up, and advancement comes down to skill, not tenure. Pay Paid per linear foot installed: $4/ft total payout, split across the install crew (crews typically run 2-3 people) Paid hourly during training: exact rate discussed during the interview process 1099 contractor, you're responsible for your own taxes

Example:

a 200 ft job pays $800 total to the crew working it. Two-person crew, split evenly, is $400/installer for that job. What You'll Do Install permanent lighting track and fixtures on rooflines, eaves, and peaks Work safely on ladders and rooftops, including Arizona summer heat Run low-voltage wiring and connect to controllers under supervision as you train Load material, keep a clean job site, and represent the company professionally at a customer's home Follow written installation standards so every job meets the same quality bar What We Provide Company work van to get you to and from job sites All tools and installation materials Paid, hands-on training: you'll learn on real jobs alongside experienced installers A defined path to grow from Helper to Installer to Lead Installer, with more responsibility (and pay) at each level What We're Looking For This is an entry-level position (no trade license or prior lighting experience required) with room to grow quickly based on the skill and reliability you demonstrate on the job. Trades or hands-on physical work experience preferred, not required Willing to learn and follow a written installation standard Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops in Arizona heat
