Position Overview GloServices is seeking experienced permanent-lighting installers to complete residential installation projects throughout the Phoenix metro area. This is a subcontractor opportunity for reliable professionals who already have the experience, equipment, transportation, and insurance necessary to perform high-quality exterior lighting installations. Installers will receive complete job information before accepting an assignment, including the installation date and time, property address, estimated linear footage, lighting system, track requirements, scope of work, and labor rate.

Responsibilities Install permanent exterior lighting and track systems safely and professionally Complete installations according to the approved measurements and job scope Install lighting, tracks, wiring, controllers, power supplies, and related components Test the completed system and confirm proper operation Maintain clean, straight, professional-looking installation lines Protect the customer's property and clean the work area after completion Communicate arrival, progress, delays, or scope changes with GloServices Submit completion photos and job documentation when requested Provide professional and respectful customer service Required Qualifications Previous hands-on experience installing permanent exterior lighting systems Experience working safely on residential rooflines, eaves, fascia, and similar exterior surfaces Your own professional installation tools, ladders, and required safety equipment Reliable work vehicle and transportation to assigned job sites Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Active general liability insurance Ability to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming GloServices as an Additional Insured Ability to provide a Waiver of Subrogation certificate or endorsement in favor of GloServices Ability to provide a completed W-9 and sign an independent contractor agreement Smartphone with reliable email, calling, texting, and photo capabilities Dependable communication and the ability to complete accepted jobs on schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience with track-mounted permanent LED lighting systems Experience reading measurements and installation plans Basic electrical, low-voltage, or construction experience Experience troubleshooting lighting systems, connections, controllers, and power supplies Ability to complete both one-story and two-story residential installations A strong portfolio or photos of previously completed permanent-lighting projects Contractor Requirements This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Installers are responsible for maintaining their own business insurance, auto insurance, tools, ladders, transportation, safety equipment, taxes, and operating expenses. All required documents must be approved before the installer can receive job assignments.
