Solar Topps is seeking an experienced Solar Installer / Roof Lead with 2+ years of solar installation leadership experience to grow their career in residential and commercial solar. Hourly Pay:

$20-$28 per hour, paid weekly , with estimated annual earnings of $55,000-$70,000 with overtime. Seeking a Roof Lead / Solar Installer. Solar Topps is not hiring for a Crew Lead at this time. Bilingual candidates are preferred Responsibilities Verify that all materials needed to complete each project are loaded onto the truck. Lead the roof team in installing solar panels according to blueprints and company standards. Complete all required paperwork and take project photos.
