Solar Topps is seeking an experienced Solar Installer / Roof Lead with 2+ years of solar installation leadership experience to grow their career in residential and commercial solar. This is a full-time, permanent position offering year-round work, competitive pay, benefits, bonus opportunities, and room for growth and advancement.
Hourly Pay:
$20-$28 per hour, paid weekly , with estimated annual earnings of $55,000-$70,000 with overtime. Seeking a Roof Lead / Solar Installer. Solar Topps is not hiring for a Crew Lead at this time. Bilingual candidates are preferred Responsibilities Verify that all materials needed to complete each project are loaded onto the truck. Lead the roof team in installing solar panels according to blueprints and company standards. Complete all required paperwork and take project photos. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite. Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. Apply Today.
