Candidates must have hands-on experience installing solar PV systems on commercial projects . Our company is based in Irvine, CA, and work will be performed at commercial project sites throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Install solar PV modules, racking systems, and related equipment on commercial projects Perform commercial rooftop and/or ground-mount solar installation Follow project drawings, installation plans, and supervisor instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and jobsite preparation Follow all jobsite safety requirements and company procedures Work effectively with project supervisors, electricians, and other crew members Requirements Previous hands-on Commercial Solar installation experience is required Experience with commercial rooftop and/or ground-mount PV systems preferred Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Ability to safely use basic construction and solar installation tools Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a construction team Ability to travel to project sites throughout Southern California as needed OSHA, electrical, solar, or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required English or bilingual English/Chinese speakers are welcome Pay Competitive hourly pay based on commercial solar installation experience.
