What You'll Be Doing Day to day, you'll be installing lighting tracks and wiring along rooflines. You'll be using ladders, drills, and other tools to get the job done right and make sure everything looks sharp and runs perfectly. You'll also help with troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleanups — basically making sure every job is solid before we call it done. Communication with the crew and the homeowner is important, and safety always comes first. What We're Looking For If you've done outdoor work before — like landscaping, roofing, construction, or electrical — that's a big plus. You should be comfortable on ladders and roofs, know your way around basic tools, and not mind working in different weather.
