Job Description

Solar Installation Journeyman Electrician EcoSave Home Solutions | Chelmsford, Massachusetts | Full-time PAY $45-$60 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications. Put your electrical experience to work on solar installations with EcoSave Home Solutions. We are looking for a Massachusetts journeyman electrician to install, connect, test, and troubleshoot solar electrical equipment, working with the installation team to deliver careful, code-compliant work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Read project plans, wiring diagrams, and equipment instructions. Install conduit, conductors, disconnects, inverters, and related electrical equipment. Complete and check electrical connections, grounding, bonding, and labeling within your licensed scope. Help test and commission systems, diagnose installation issues, and document completed work. Coordinate with the installation crew and communicate site conditions, material needs, and outstanding items. Follow safe electrical work practices and respect customers' homes and property.

WHAT YOU BRING A

current Massachusetts journeyman electrician license. Relevant electrical installation and troubleshooting experience. Ability to interpret plans and wiring diagrams and use electrical test equipment safely. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and accurate work documentation. Solar PV installation, inverter commissioning, or solar troubleshooting experience is preferred.

EcoSave Home Solutions brings together home-energy services across Massachusetts, including solar, HVAC, and insulation. This position is based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
