Gutter Installer Construction Experience Preferred

Straight Shot Gutters is hiring experienced gutter installers for residential and light commercial projects. We install primarily 5" and 6" K-style seamless gutter systems with occasional half-round systems. Steady work available for reliable installers. We are looking for installers who have experience running a gutter machine, measuring and installing gutters, and working safely on ladders up to three stories. Experience with roofing, siding, soffit, or fascia work is a plus, but this position is primarily focused on gutter installation. Job Responsibilities Run and operate a seamless gutter machine Measure, cut, and install 5" and 6" K-style gutter systems Install downspouts, elbows, and drainage components Work safely on ladders and roofs up to three stories Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and professional job sites Requirements Experience installing gutters preferred Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift materials and equipment Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependability Professional Expectations Maintain clean and organized work trucks and equipment Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners when on site Represent the company in a professional manner Take pride in quality workmanship and job site cleanliness Pay is based on experience.
