Job Description

Impact Solar, LLC is seeking an energetic Lead Solar Technician to join our growing team. Impact Solar is one of the leading solar companies within the South Jersey region, providing exceptional service and high‑quality installations for our customers. This is a full‑time position . Job Duties Include Assembling and installing solar panels on roofs and other structures Inspecting electrical installation and wiring Mounting racking and ensuring proper system layout Performing maintenance and troubleshooting on existing solar systems Performing other related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 5+ years of electrical or solar installation experience NABCEP Certification or Journeyman Electrician strongly preferred High School Diploma or GED Comfortable using standard hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Starting rate $35-$45/hr , based on experience and certifications PTO , health insurance , and 401(k) included
