Christmas Decor by Valley Lighting Group is a fast growing residential and commercial Christmas lighting business based in the Miami Valley Area. We're looking for a few good Holiday Light Installers to join our dedicated team. Full time and seasonal positions available. Pay is averaged at $15

• 22 per hour depending on production.

Our company is dynamic and works at an energetic pace but we also like to have fun! We will provide training in all aspects of the job including on job-site safety. The Christmas season is our busiest time of the year. During the months of September through December, we typically work 5 to 6 days per week sometimes working 10 to 12 hours a day to finish a job. Responsibilities include installing Christmas lighting at the job site, following design specifications, working safely on roofs, ladders, and lifts, driving company vehicles, keeping track of materials used on a job, working safely with electricity, keeping the shop and vehicles neat and clean and following directions. A positive attitude and desire to learn are crucial. Service, Construction, Roofing, & Electrical experience is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Valid driver's license and good driving record Reliable transportation and able to arrive at work ON TIME Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Physically fit and able lift up to 50 pounds Not afraid of heights and able to work safely on ladders, trees and roofs Attention to detail Customer-driven with a positive attitude The ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time and resources We value our employee's hard work and willingness to learn!
