Full-time, W-2 About Us Patio Shield Solar Shades installs motorized retractable shades, awnings, and solar screens for residential and commercial customers across the Panhandle and surrounding region. We're a growing local company looking to add hands-on, reliable people to our installation crew. What You'll Do Assist our installers with the setup and installation of motorized shades, awnings, solar screens, and related products Help load, transport, and organize materials and equipment for job sites Work safely on ladders and at heights during installations Represent the company professionally in customers' homes and businesses Learn the trade with the opportunity to grow into an Installer role and beyond What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work comfortably on a ladder Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions Prior construction, general labor, or trade experience is a plus but not required Growth Opportunity This role is the entry point into our installer career path: Field Installation Crew Member → Installer → Lead Installer, with pay increases at each step as you gain experience and skill.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 60.0 per week
