Proven troubleshooting experience with batteries, cables, circuit boards, inverters, SCADA systems, and PLCs. Experience performing pre-commissioning checks and system testing on solar PV systems, trackers, and inverters. Must be willing to travel for weeks at a time to various field locations across Central Texas. OSHA 10 certification required. Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and required PPE.Must be able to perform physical job duties required in outdoor field environments. Position requires full PPE (Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves). Additional Requirements for

Temp-to-Hire Commissioning Electrical Technician Job Description:
We are looking for Commissioning Electrical Technicians with strong computer skills to perform system testing, troubleshooting, and activation for battery energy storage systems (BESS) and solar PV fields between Dallas and Houston. Technicians will partner with lead personnel to execute pre-commissioning checks, cold/hot commissioning, and performance testing for PV systems, trackers, and inverters. Daily tasks include lead final testing, troubleshooting electrical components, internal/external cables, circuit boards, SCADA systems, and PLCs to ensure system compliance. Qualifications forCommissioning Electrical Technician:
Basic electrical skills combined with strong computer knowledge.Proven troubleshooting experience with batteries, cables, circuit boards, inverters, SCADA systems, and PLCs.
