•Approx. 10 jobs/month to start (volume may vary) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Solar Technician to partner with us as a subcontractor. This role involves performing site visits, troubleshooting, and completing service/repair tasks for residential solar systems in McAllen TX and nearby areas.

Typical tasks include:

Replacing inverters (primarily SolarEdge) Performing general solar service repairs Documenting work with photos Completing jobs efficiently (most jobs take under 2 hours) What We Provide Steady job flow: approximately 10 jobs per month to start Per-job pay: $100

•150 depending on job type Ongoing opportunities as volume increases Requirements Prior solar technician experience is required Familiarity with SolarEdge equipment preferred Must have your own vehicle and basic tools Ability to complete service visits independently Reliable communication and timely reporting with photos Please note that this is a contract job (1099 non-employee)
