Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners with precision and care Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment safely using proper techniques Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas according to company protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning detergents, surface care products, and sanitation practices Experience with floor cleaning techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet extraction methods Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor furniture Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively Join us to bring your expertise in cleaning and housekeeping management into a role that values your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to creating spotless environments.
