We are seeking an experienced Roofing Lead who can handle both the installation of roofing and solar systems from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be skilled in applying shingles and working with solar installations, ensuring seamless integration between the two. Previous experience with both roofing and solar panel installation is highly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to expand their expertise in renewable energy and construction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair roofing and solar systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes. Review and understand both roofing and solar design plans. Lead the installation process from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Oversee material allocation for each project, ensuring teams have the appropriate resources and proper material check-out and check-in processes are followed.
