Hardscape Installer

Job Summary Job description: We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and experience installing pavers, natural stone, and other hardscape materials.

Responsibilities:

Install pavers, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and related hardscape features. Perform site prep including excavation, grading, and base compaction. Operate equipment such as skid steers, saws, and compactors safely and efficiently. Read and follow project plans and blueprints. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in hardscape or landscape construction preferred. Knowledge of proper base prep, drainage, and installation techniques. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
