In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of home improvement tasks, from minor repairs to comprehensive remodeling projects. Your expertise will help transform living spaces, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform various home improvement tasks including drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and painting with precision and attention to detail Conduct electrical work such as fixture installation, wiring, and schematic interpretation to ensure safety and compliance Execute plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and plumbing system upgrades efficiently Manage construction site activities including heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, masonry, and roofing tasks Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide remodeling and renovation projects Install windows, doors, glass panels, stucco finishes, and hardscape features with craftsmanship and care Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment Skills Extensive construction management experience with a strong understanding of project workflows Proficiency in construction estimating and inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met Hands-on electrical experience including wiring, fixture installation, and schematic reading Skilled in drywall installation, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and building finishing techniques Knowledge of flooring installation methods for various materials such as hardwood, tile, or laminate Ability to operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation or material handling Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution Experience with masonry work such as concrete forming and finishing as well as welding for structural repairs or fabrication Competence in restoration projects involving plastering, stucco application, or masonry repairs Strong understanding of carpentry including frame carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, trim carpentry and fixture setup Join us if you're passionate about transforming homes through skilled craftsmanship!
