Telemonitoring Installer Masonicare at Home - Rocky Hill , CT Per Diem The Telemonitoring Installer is responsible for traveling throughout the state to install, service or pick up equipment in client's homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation and removal of Telemonitor equipment in patient's homes throughout the state. Provides follow-up to patients after installation. Provides follow-up to telemonitor vendor and telemonitor staff after installation. Assists with associated paperwork. Communicates effectively and tactfully with patients, recognizing their age, cultural diversity, needs, abilities and physical condition. Can be depended upon to report to work on-time, use time off appropriately, and complete annual education & medical requirements. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum of High School Diploma; Associate preferred

Experience:

Minimum of Two (2) Years' Experience in the geriatric field

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Maintains current Driver's License and auto insurance

Other:

Possess reliable transportation Per Diem
