For more than 70 years, Intra-State Terrazzo & Concrete has specialized in creating some of Florida's most distinctive concrete and terrazzo surfaces. From luxury custom homes to commercial landmarks, we restore, install, polish, and preserve surfaces built to last for generations. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career—not just find another construction job. Experience is valuable, but character, accountability, and a willingness to learn matter even more. What You'll Do Every project is different. Depending on the job, you may: Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and repairs. Install terrazzo, shellcrete, decorative concrete, and polished concrete systems. Mix and place specialty materials with precision. Grind, polish, hone, and seal finished surfaces. Build forms and assist with concrete placement. Safely operate professional construction equipment and power tools. Load, maintain, and organize trucks, tools, and equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Professionally represent Intra-State with customers, builders, and fellow trades. Deliver work they are proud to put their name on. What We're Looking For Experience in concrete, terrazzo, flooring, masonry, or construction is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. A willingness to learn and continuously improve. Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safely operate construction equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
