• 100,000+ Base Salary | Based on Experience Our client is a well-established, highly respected commercial flooring contractor specializing in high-end porcelain tile, marble, natural stone and granite installations .

They are confidentially searching for an experienced Porcelain Flooring Superintendent to join their team in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Projects include luxury hotels, high-rise residential towers, schools, corporate offices, restaurants and other prominent commercial properties .

Ideal Experience:

Commercial porcelain tile and flooring installation experience Experience supervising flooring crews and subcontractors Strong knowledge of layout, installation methods, quality control and jobsite coordination Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, schedules and daily field operations Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors and other trades Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Experience with marble, stone and granite is a strong plus Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable commercial flooring contractor with a strong project backlog and long-term career potential.

Compensation:

$65,000

• 100,000 base salary, based on experience.
