Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Countertop Install Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced installers in the installation of custom countertops, ensuring precision and quality in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and building material installation while contributing to beautiful, functional spaces for our clients. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will be key drivers of your success and growth within our company. Responsibilities Support lead installers in fitting countertops according to specifications. Assist with the preparation of work sites, including surface cleaning and material staging Handle hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install various countertop materials such as stone, laminate, or solid surface Assist with the removal of old countertops and prepare surfaces for new installations Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials Requirements Prior construction site experience or background in remodeling, tile masonry, or carpentry is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools as well as know how to read a tape measure Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks safely Must be able to pass a background check Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license Join us to be part of our team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence! Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
