Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Installer to join our team specializing in garage and surface solutions. As a Lead Installer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and leading a team of skilled installers. Duties Lead and coordinate installation teams to ensure efficient and accurate completion of garage floor coatings, wall systems, and surface renovations. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes according to specifications. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication equipment to perform precise installations. Manage on-site safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure all work complies with building codes and industry standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to follow blueprint specifications for each project phase. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials such as drywall, tile, masonry supplies, fixtures, and building materials. Skills Extensive construction management experience with a strong background in remodeling, fixture installation, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and masonry. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, construction plans, and bluebeam software for project execution. Skilled in construction estimating and inspection processes to ensure quality control and cost efficiency. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, gutter installation, plastering, stucco application, drywall installation, caulking, and flooring techniques. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely along with various hand tools and power tools essential for installation tasks. Strong knowledge of building material installation including framing, door hanging, cabinet mounting, fixture setup, and dimensional measurements. Excellent customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with ladder use and safety procedures on construction sites. Experience with fabrication techniques related to drywall finishing or custom surface modifications is a plus.
