Required Experience & Credentials:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license (Illinois) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school or educational environment preferred Ability to work efficiently with diverse student populations, teachers, and families Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Familiarity with IEP development and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support student goals and integrate therapy within the classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings and provide detailed progress reports for parents and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and follow state/federal regulations for documentation and compliance Offer strategies and resources for teachers and caregivers to promote communication outside of therapy sessions Enjoy the chance to work in a supportive school community where your expertise is valued and your efforts drive measurable growth for students.
