Job Overview:

BT Seamless Gutters is looking for a full-time gutter installer to join our team to measure, cut, seal, and hang seamless aluminum gutters for both residential and commercial buildings. We are a family-owned and operated company proudly serving Central Massachusetts since 2003. At BT, all we do is gutter installation, because we believe a customized job should be done by experienced specialists. The ideal candidate is hard-working, motivated, quick to learn new skills, can solve problems with creativity, and is committed to producing quality work and customer satisfaction. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train our techniques and standards to the right candidate for this position. This is a Seasonal Position. Candidate will be laid off in the Winter Months.

Experience with power tools and hand tools Ability to safely move and climb ladders of various lengths Ability to lift and carry loads of up to 70 pounds A valid driver's license There are opportunities for growth and advancement within the company for any candidate that displays strong leadership qualities.
