Duties Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, tile laying, and masonry. Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and project specifications throughout each phase. Execute specialized tasks including plumbing, electrical work, cabinet installations, restoration projects, flooring installation, drywall hanging, caulking, trim carpentry, fabrication, and tile work. Skills Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for carpentry, roofing, masonry, and finishing work. Ability to perform construction inspection ensuring quality control and safety compliance on-site. Expertise in diverse construction disciplines such as framing carpentry, door hanging, tile laying, flooring installation, restoration work, and cabinet fitting.
