Our customer who is a leading provider of refractories and industrial installation services, is seeking a Refractory Installer & Equipment Operator. The Refractory Installers' workday typically includes tear-out and replacement of high-temperature concrete furnace linings in industrial manufacturing facilities. Demolition is completed by state-of-the-art, mechanized tear-out equipment comparable to BROKK or excavators. The refractory skills required include masonry, welding, carpentry, and insulating. The installer must apply appropriate craftsman techniques following the specifications and generally accepted best practices. This individual will need to have a flexible work schedule, as overtime and travel will be required for this role.Perks to the role:

- 40 hours of work a week is guaranteed, overtime is paid out 1.5x
