As a key player in our remodeling projects, you will utilize your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Duties Lead bathroom remodeling installations, including plumbing, electrical work, tile laying, fixture installation, and finishing touches Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of projects Manage on-site operations, coordinate with team members, and oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery with skill and safety awareness Conduct construction inspections and quality checks throughout each project phase to ensure compliance with standards Estimate project timelines and materials needs using construction estimating techniques Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on schedule and within scope Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles Extensive experience with plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), roofing, stucco, drywall finishing, and concrete work Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction inspection procedures and restoration processes Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup is a plus Ability to perform detailed construction estimating and site inspections accurately Strong understanding of fixture installation—including glass panels, cabinets, doors—and finishing techniques such as caulking and painting Experience in tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, masonry work, welding, and concrete finishing enhances versatility Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and ensuring client satisfaction A proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example on safety practices and quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship transforms spaces!
