Position Summary The Artificial Turf General Laborer supports the installation team by performing physical labor, site preparation, turf handling, and finishing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, follows direction well, and contributes to a clean, efficient, and safe job site. Future growth to lead turf installer/Manager - Pay rate will be increased at the time of promotion. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including demolition, debris removal, grading, and base installation Load, unload, and move materials such as turf rolls, infill, tools, and equipment Operate basic tools and machinery (shovels, wheelbarrows, compactors, brooms, cutters) Support turf layout, cutting, seaming, and securing edges under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow instructions from the Lead Installer and work effectively as part of a team Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and customer respect Represent the brand positively on job sites and during client interactions Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with hand tools and willingness to learn specialized turf equipment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team setting Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Professional demeanor and willingness to grow within the company Pay rate: Based on experience and knowledge - Clean driving record is required /ability to drive company truck is required to be promoted to Lead /Manager in the future.
