Job Description
We are a small, tight‑knit stained glass company based in Kansas looking for a reliable Stained Glass Traveling Worker to join our crew. Most of our work is same‑day travel , but sometimes you'll stay 1 night , and occasionally a full week depending on the project. Some weeks you won't travel at all. This job includes on‑the‑road stained glass installation , shop work , and general hands‑on tasks . If you like variety, working with your hands, and being part of a solid team you'll fit right in. ⭐ Responsibilities Travel across Kansas with the crew to complete stained glass installations Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials Help with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing stained glass Perform shop work when not traveling (prep, fabrication, cleanup, etc.) Work safely on job sites and follow instructions Represent the company professionally on customer sites ⭐ Benefits $20-$29/hr depending on experience Overtime opportunities Company‑paid hotels for overnight travel Company‑paid meals or per diem Ride with the crew (no personal vehicle wear‑and‑tear) Consistent hours Small team environment Training provided Respectful, no‑drama workplace ⭐ Requirements Willing to travel across Kansas Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable using tools Reliable and able to work with a team Good attitude and willingness to learn Experience is a bonus but not required ⭐ Why Work With Us We're a small business — about 8 of us — and we treat people like humans, not numbers.
