Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing a variety of building materials, fixtures, and systems according to blueprint specifications and construction plans. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling, restoration, and new construction projects while honing your craftsmanship and technical skills. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to determine installation requirements. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate placement of materials. Install a wide range of building components including cabinetry, fixtures, trim, tile, stucco, gutters, and flooring with attention to detail. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes. Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and experience with construction estimating. Skilled in various installation techniques including tile masonry, framing, carpentry, drywall finishing, caulking, plastering, welding, and concrete finishing. Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for accurate installation. Familiarity with building materials such as wood, drywall, stucco, tile, fixtures, and gutters. Ability to perform construction site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during remodeling or restoration projects. Knowledge of Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus. Experience in plumbing, electrical systems installation or repair is desirable but not mandatory. Pay:
$26.44 - $31.85 per hour
