Job Description Insight Global is hiring Installation Technicians to join four-person pods installing safety lane markings across Amazon's robotics fulfillment network. Working under a Lead Installation Technician, you will remove existing floor tape, prepare concrete surfaces, and install new tape, floor arrows, delineator posts and signage at a new fulfillment center each week. This is hands-on floor-level work in a live outbound dock, and you will travel to a new site every week for approximately six weeks. What You'll Do

•  Remove existing floor marking tape and adhesive using walk-behind scrapers, hand scrapers and heat guns, and prepare the concrete surface for new material
•  Measure, chalk and lay out safety lanes to the approved site drawing, verifying lane widths and arrow spacing
•  Install floor marking tape using an applicator cart, holding straight edges and clean terminations
•  Install floor directional arrow decals, bolt-down delineator posts and floor-mounted stop signs, including anchoring into concrete
•  Assist with IQ Sign mounting, alignment and testing
•  Maintain work-zone isolation with cones and caution tape in an active dock area, and keep the work area clean and debris-free throughout the shift
•  Capture progress photos and support the Lead with the site photo package and QA checklist
•  Load, unload and transport pod tools and materials between sites Physical and Travel Requirements
•  Ability to travel 100% of the time for the duration of the assignment, including Sunday travel days
•  Valid driver's license and ability to be added to a rental vehicle agreement
•  Comfortable working on your feet in an active fulfillment center for a full shift
•  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend and work at floor level for extended periods
•  Must pass a background check and drug screen, and complete Amazon vendor onboarding and site-specific safety orientation What Insight Global Offers

•  1+ year of construction, industrial, warehouse, facilities or general labor experience
•  Comfortable with hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers and measuring tools
•  Ability to read and work from a basic site layout or drawing
•  Willingness to work at floor level for extended periods, kneeling and bending throughout the shift
•  Reliable and punctual; the pod cannot start a shift short-handed
•  Floor tape, striping, epoxy, flooring or concrete surface preparation experience
•  Experience operating a walk-behind floor scraper or similar surface prep equipment
•  Prior experience in an Amazon or similar high-volume fulfillment environment
•  Experience with concrete anchors and bolt-down hardware
•  OSHA 10 certification
