9681110-98252 Job Description Step into an impactful opportunity supporting a vibrant elementary environment as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract position focuses on providing one-on-one behavioral support to an engaging 3rd-grade student, under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, aligning with typical school hours from 8:35am to 3:05pm, and early release every Wednesday at 1:51pm.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Prior experience in educational or behavioral settings is highly valued Skillful at implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with supervising BCBA, educators, and families Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and encouraging while supporting students throughout the school day Strong organizational habits to manage documentation and student progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent, evidence-based support tailored to the needs of an 8-year-old third grader in partnership with supervisory BCBA Reinforce positive behaviors and assist with social skills development in a classroom and small group setting Accurately collect data and maintain records of student growth and behavior trends Incorporate guidance and feedback from the supervising BCBA into daily routines Engage in regular communication with teachers and school staff to foster a supportive learning environment This assignment promises the chance to make a genuine difference, supported by professional BCBA supervision and stable, school-based hours.
