Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the life of a young student by supporting her academic and social journey as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work closely with a supervising BCBA, providing direct behavior intervention for an engaging 3rd grade student. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027. School hours are 8:35am-3:05pm, with early releases on Wednesdays at 1:51pmproviding a structured yet flexible schedule for work-life balance.
What You Bring:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting elementary school-aged children with applied behavior analysis in a classroom or one-on-one setting Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising BCBA and educational teams Strong communication skills for daily reporting and family engagement Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children achieve their fullest potential
Your Role Will Include:
Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by the BCBA Providing one-on-one, in-classroom support to an 8-year-old 3rd grade student Collecting accurate data and documenting student progress Participating in regular team meetings and incorporating feedback to ensure the success of therapeutic goals Supporting the student in both academic and social situations throughout the school day If youre eager to positively impact a students life and develop your clinical skills in a collaborative education setting, consider this rewarding contract position.
