Atlantic Tile and Granite is looking for an experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on field position for someone who can independently manage countertop installations, direct an installation helper or crew, resolve jobsite issues, and deliver clean, accurate finished work. We fabricate and install quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, and other countertop materials for residential and commercial projects throughout the greater Seattle area. Lead daily countertop installations from loading through final completion. Review work orders, drawings, measurements, and job notes before beginning installation. Install quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, and other countertop materials. Complete seams, sink and cooktop cutouts, backsplashes, miters, field adjustments, polishing, and finishing as needed. Verify cabinets, walls, appliance clearances, overhangs, seams, and other site conditions before installation. Identify and communicate jobsite issues before proceeding with work outside the approved scope. Direct and assist installation helpers while maintaining quality and safe work practices. Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, project managers, and office personnel. Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean and organized jobsite. Maintain installation tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.

Qualifications :

At least three years of professional stone countertop installation experience. Ability to independently complete quartz and natural-stone installations. Previous experience leading an installation helper or crew is strongly preferred. Experience using grinders, polishers, seam-setting equipment, and standard countertop installation tools. Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, measurements, and installation notes. Valid driver's license. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members in English. Ability to safely perform physical installation work, including lifting and handling heavy materials as part of a team. Dependable, detail-oriented, efficient, and professional.
