Senior Bookkeeper with Accounting Knowledge (QuickBooks & Odoo ERP)

$25-$32 per hour | Full-time (40 hours/week) About the

Role:

Bellevue Builders Depot is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper experienced with QuickBooks and ERP systems like Odoo to handle daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

Manage A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries Maintain and update records in QuickBooks and Odoo Prepare monthly reports and assist with closing Handle invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking Support management with financial data and analysis

Requirements:

3+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficient in QuickBooks and Odoo ERP College education in finance, accounting, mathematics , or a related field Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication and time management skills
