Job Description

What You Will Do:
Primary responsibilities will be to perform daily and scheduled project cleaning in patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas. This will include, but not limited to stripping and waxing floors, carpet, and furniture cleaning, scrubbing, cleaning, and polishing hard floor surfaces, maintaining cleaning quipment such as changing brushes and squeegees, battery maintenance and other preventative maintenance duties. In addition to this as needed the Project Technician will perform a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient areas including patient care areas, public/private restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, offices, elevators, and stairwells. Also performs scheduled terminal/project cleaning in surgical areas and construction cleans as required. All work is to be performed according to infection control and safety standards, and in a manner that supports the organization's focus on customer service.

This position is responsible for safely handling and packaging all waste streams.
