What You'll Do:

Installations & Technical Work Install insulation (batts, blown-in, dense pack), air sealing materials, and weatherization products Perform diagnostic testing, including blower door, ventilation checks, and safety testing (training provided) Follow

ENERGY STAR

®, BPI, and building code standards Load/unload materials, prepare job sites, and ensure safe and efficient workflow Quality & Safety Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas Document work performed using mobile apps/forms Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures Ensure all work meets Assured Energy Solutions' performance and quality standards Customer Service Interact professionally with homeowners Answer basic questions about energy-efficiency improvements Uphold our mission of sustainability and customer care

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in insulation, weatherization, construction, or a related field Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and operate standard hand and power tools Ability to safely work in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces with limited clearance Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and crawl for extended periods as required by job duties Ability to safely maneuver and perform work in tight or restricted-access areas Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Commitment to safety and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential insulation (batts, blown-in, spray foam support, etc.) Knowledge of

BPI, ENERGY STAR

®, or home-performance programs Experience with blower door testing, air sealing, or building performance diagnostics Basic carpentry or HVAC assistance background Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position requires regular work in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces with limited headroom and restricted access.
