$17-$21/hour, based on experience Klemm Exteriors Holiday Lighting is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the 2026 holiday season. This is a seasonal, hands-on outdoor position installing professional Christmas lighting and assisting with exterior and roof-related work. Responsibilities Install Christmas lights on rooflines, rooftops, trees, pathways, and other outdoor areas of residential properties Safely work from ladders and on residential roofs Perform gutter cleanings and gutter guard installations Complete holiday lighting service calls and repairs throughout the season Assist with supply and material runs Maintain clean and organized job sites and complete job cleanups Assist with miscellaneous roof technician and exterior-related work as needed Distribute flyers and place marketing signs prior to the start of the main installation season Remove and organize holiday lighting installations during January and February We provide all ladders, tools, and equipment needed for the position. Requirements Must be comfortable and physically able to climb ladders up to 40 feet and work at heights Must be comfortable working on residential rooftops Must be able to work outdoors in cold weather and winter conditions Ability to perform physical/manual labor for shifts of up to 8-12 hours Able to lift 40-50 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to work well as part of a crew Must be able to communicate effectively in English Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Schedule Required Training:

October:

Part-time hours available Thursday through Saturday prior to the start of the main installation season. Beginning October 30: Up to 40 hours per week. Shifts may be scheduled Monday through Sunday depending on workload, weather, and crew scheduling.

January-February:

Seasonal work continues with Christmas light takedowns and related exterior work. Compensation $17-$20 per hour, based on experience. Previous roofing, construction, exterior, ladder, or holiday lighting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
