  Inergroup is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Warehouse Shipping Clerk jobs in St Charles, IL. As a Warehouse Shipping Clerk, your primary responsibilities include receiving
• Schedule inbound dock appointments, print internal receiving documents, check vendor pack list against receiving document, enter receipts.

Prepare copies of receiving paperwork reflecting discrepancies, for accounts payable and purchasing departments. Close out Purchase Orders in warehouse management system. Weekly pay starting at $23.50/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a comparable role
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receiving
• Schedule inbound dock appointments, print internal receiving documents, check vendor pack list against receiving document, enter receipts. Prepare copies of receiving paperwork reflecting discrepancies, for accounts payable and purchasing departments. Close out Purchase Orders in warehouse management system.
• Shipping
• Print pick tickets, call for freight rates, enter packing lists, print necessary bill of lading, and call in carriers. Schedule any vendor pickups. Expedite orders that require same day delivery. Request proof of delivery. Branch locations
• Schedule inter-branch shuttles. Coordinate with customer on Google Sheet document.
• Print reports
• Stock status, bill of lading, return vendors, open pick tickets, credit memos, and packing slips, when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals
