Classic Chimney is Hiring! Classic Chimney is looking for a dependable, hardworking Chimney Sweep Helper to join our team. No prior chimney-sweeping experience is required—we're willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Assist experienced chimney technicians with residential chimney inspections, cleanings, and maintenance Set up and break down equipment at job sites Safely use ladders, tools, brushes, vacuums, and other chimney-cleaning equipment Keep work areas clean and protect customers' homes while working Help identify potential chimney or fireplace issues and report them to the lead technician Provide professional and courteous service to customers Follow all company safety procedures and instructions Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in various weather conditions Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment Willing to learn and follow directions Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license is a MUST Previous construction, roofing, HVAC, masonry, or home-service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunity to learn a skilled trade Room for advancement Steady work Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience If you're dependable, motivated, and looking to learn a trade, we'd love to hear from you!
