Job Summary Join our team as a Weatherization Service Technician and become a vital part of improving energy efficiency and comfort in Southern Oregon. In this energetic role, you will perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of insulation and weatherization measures. Your expertise will help reduce energy costs, improve indoor air quality, and promote sustainable living. Duties Install various types of insulation materials in residential buildings, including attics, crawl spaces, and walls Use hand tools safely and efficiently to complete weatherization projects Climb ladders and scaffolding safely to access hard-to-reach areas on roofs, walls, or ceilings during installation tasks Communicate effectively with clients to explain work processes, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction during project completion Requirements
