In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Northern Tier Community Action is looking for motivated and hardworking blue-collar individuals to expand our in-house Weatherization team. Northern Tier Weatherization Department is hiring for the position of:

WEATHERIZATION INSTALLERS

Experience in the carpentry trade is preferred. We are willing to invest in the right person with paid education and paid wages while you learn. Full-time, location is in person, typically Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, day shift. Occasional 10-hour days 4-day work week. You will use manual and power tools to air, seal, and insulate private homes. Work will be in confined unconditioned spaces such as crawl spaces and attics, must have a good driving record.
