We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Retrofit Installer to join our Weatherization team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in home construction, mechanical systems, and energy efficiency who wants a career with growth, purpose, and variety. As a Retrofit Installer, you'll help improve the comfort, safety, and efficiency of homes while gaining valuable technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Install energy-saving materials and complete repair work that improves home efficiency Load tools, materials, and equipment for job sites Safely operate a company vehicle to transport staff and supplies Use diagnostic tools to support electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Perform general property maintenance such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs Keep accurate records of work completed Respond to after-hours, weekend, or holiday emergencies when needed Attend training sessions and build skills for advancement within weatherization roles Qualifications High School Diploma or GED/HSE Interest or experience in carpentry, home construction, or property maintenance Trade school training in HVAC, carpentry, or construction is a plus Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable by company standards Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfort working in diverse environments and changing conditions Why Join Us?
